My deepest condolences to the Hernandez family. I was so sorry to hear about my good friend Frank´s passing. Frank was always cool to me. We grow up in the same neighborhood, went to elementary school, MtVernon, Sierra Jr High and attended East Bakersfield together. I´d run into Frank once in awhile after our high school years. When we did see each other we would always give each other a cool hug. My memories are always of our school days. Back then when we we graded for handwriting, I remember one year we received an A. We were always competing to see who had the best handwriting. Frank was always a little more creative than me. Frank and I always had the shiniest shoes in class, however his were always shinier than mine. Sports was another subject we enjoyed competing in. RIP Raider brother- Jesse Reyes
