Dear Howard Family:

I have known Frankie( aka The Guinea Man) for a number years now and was extra blessed to serve in the House of Rep.'s with Frankie the past four years. Gosh it is so hard to put into words how much he influenced my life and service to my district. He was a Man's Man who loved life, his Lord,wife and family and serving all those who had elected him. frankie was a friend to everone and loved helping people and he help me change my life and he has a very special place in my heart and my thoughts and prays are his for the family rest in peace my friend

He was a great friend to the Wilson family and will always be remembered and missed.

My deepest sympathy and condolences go to Mr. Frankie's family. Dave and I are so very sorry for your loss, but it is also our loss as well. Mr. Frankie and his family have always been family friends of ours for as long as I can remember from a very young child. He was a wonderful friend, sheriff, and state representative who was always willing to help in any way posible and truly cared about people. He will be greatly missed by so many. We truly loved him and his family.
