Wes spooked us landing low on Lajitas, TX, land strip - and then graciously invited us for cocktails in his and Charlotte's Lajitas condo.
October 2006, nearly 19 years ago. He was so full of life.

I only just saw this. I did not knos Wes had passed away. My Condolences to you, Charlotte and family. I only knew Wes from golf at the CC , but he was an easy man to know, friendly, always joking and always interesting. I always enjoyed his company. I wish i had known him better. So sorry, this was a very big loss.

Well I remember Wes from our times in business. Without question one of the coolest people I ever met. Saddened by his passing. He certainly lived life to the fullest. He was a trip. The ending of his obituary was classic Wes. That man put the C in the word cool. Ted Hughes

So sorry for your loss, Charlotte and family. Wes was a very interesting, funny, and loving man. Memories go way back for me when I used to babysit for you two in Idaho Falls! Then, we continued the memories each time my parents visited Colorado Springs. You will be missed by all, Wes.
