Frank was the kind of guy who always exuded confidence. I remember meeting Frank sometime in the early '80s. He came to my house and interviewed my father who at the time was a detective with the Charleston Police Department. And he discussed about the ballistics of certain firearms in the patterns. Very nice man very polite. Prayers and peace for your loved ones Godspeed
