Not sure what to say?

What an incredible life lived by your father. I always enjoyed talking to him. He is a man with a wide range of knowledge. I am reminded of the scripture, "Whatever principle of intelligence we attain unto in this life, it will rise with us in the resurrection". Truly, that is true for your father. Please know of our love.

Scott,

I saw the notice of your dad' passing just before leaving town on Friday afternoon. I am sorry for your family's loss and will keep you in our prayers. I spoke with your dad a few times during my MBA school days at the U but never had the pleasure of having him as a professor. May you be proud of his accomplishments but more importantly, cherish your memories of his impact on your life.

Frank and Maralyn added so much to East Millcreek Ninth Ward. We all have lots of stories--anyone who can get a "full-color auditory and visual stimulation device" (a color TV) into an orphanage in Eastern Europe had the creativity to make life more interesting. He lived a good life of contributing to everything and everyone he touched.

Frank touched the lives of a lot of people including us. We found him always encouraging in his communication with us. He was also and excellent source of information. He lived a great life and accomplished much. My mom (Helen Hyer) always expressed how lucky and privileged she felt to be associated with Frank in the Graduate School at the University of Utah. We always appreciated his cheery disposition and friendship. May God be with your family at this difficult time.

I will always remember your husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather as a friendly man and a good conversationalist. He was a good listener and a generous, caring person. I offer my sympathy, as well as my faith and prayers at this time of sorrow

Laurie and Blair, we are sorry for your loss...may you feel peace and comfort from our Father in Heaven.

What a beautifully written obituary for a wonderful man. He leaves a great legacy. I'm so grateful to know Uncle Frank and I send my love and prayers for your family.

What a wonderful description of Frank's amazing life. He was indomitable! Nothing could keep him from accomplishing incredible things. We appreciate our friendship and send our love to his great family.
