Frank Johnson was born September 20, 1929, one of 5 children born to Theodore Frank Johnson and Gracie Johnson in Washington County, Alabama, took his walk with God, Sunday, January 22, 2023.

Mr. Johnson, as he was respectfully and lovingly called by all, was a generous and loving soul that God shared with the world. A retired foreman with Davco Industries, Mr. Johnson was also an accomplished master craftsman. It was often said that if you wanted something mechanical to work, “take it to Mr. Johnson, I betcha he can fix it.” He was a longtime member of Emanuel Seventh-Day Adventist Church, later joining New Beginning Seventh-Day Adventist Church. Mr. Johnson was a very loving and faithful husband. He was also a great father, exhibiting discipline, patience, and generosity.

Mr. Johnson lived with his son “Earl” until his passing. While not physical able to visit family and friends, he continued to stay in touch with them daily. His smile, hearty laugh, and loving ways will be cherished and missed by all.

Mr. Johnson was preceded in his home coming by his parents, Theodore and Gracie Johnson; wife, Eula Johnson; brothers, Leroy Johnson Sr. and David Johnson; He leaves to cherish his memories, sons, Frank “Earl” Johnson, Dewayne “Terry”(Michelle) Johnson, both of Mobile; Grandchildren, Paris Thomas Johnson, Atlanta, GA, Anastasia Johnson, Mobile; brothers, Isaiah (Elizabeth) Johnson, Manhatten, NY, James (Blanche) Johnson, Bronx, NY; a host of nieces and nephews, relatives and friends. Very special thinks to his cousin Helen Collins and his niece Pat Johnson Moore for their years of support.
