I will always keep dear to my heart the memories of the visits and talks that I share with my Uncle Frank and Aunt Ann over the years since my own father, ( Bennie Juel ) pass away.. My thoughts and prayers are with each family member.
I pray that Aunt Ann and her family will get through this hard and difficult time.. I am sorry that I wasn't able to attend the funeral services. May God Bless You All..

My thoughts and prayers are with you in your time of grief. May your memories bring you comfort.

My memories of Captain Frank as a child was seeing him standing under the big Live Oak in full Captain's dress whites with the gold braids. Legrand and I attended the celebration of his life today and we were very proud. We were as proud as the first time I remember seeing him in his dress whites. God bless you Danny, Shawn and Neil. You carry his tradition well. "Gus" and Legrand

I wish Shon and his entire family get through this lost with love and compassion. Frank was a special person and loved by so many people.
