Not sure what to say?

Frank was blessed with a sense of humor and a whole lot of good common sense. Every Thanksgiving for many years, Frank faithfully got a rental truck for the seniors to take toys and clothes for project Action Appalachia. If we ran into a problem, Frank was pretty frank. He was such a great man with a great heart. I am so glad that I was able to know him.

Frank was one of the most loving, caring, compassionate and dear persons ever to touch my life. I cherish many fond memories of him. Jesus recognized him immediately when he reached heaven because Frank saw Jesus is everyone he met here on earth. All my best to Lois with a promise of continue prayer.

Judi sorry for your loss. Prayers for your family.

Sorry to hear of Frank's passing. He was such a positive influence on me during my time at Carroll High School. I appreciated his always sunny disposition and his mints that he always had ready to hand out. Thank you Frank for being such a bright spot during that time in my life.
Praying for your family.

I miss our morning coffee talks at Carroll and watching him give mints to the students. He would often say to a student "Do you have a boyfriend?" and if the student said "No" he would give her a mint and say "Eat this and you will get one!" It always brought a smile! He was loved by the teachers and students - and me! I will forever hold a place in my heart for Frank. I hear his words often and repeat them to my children..."Life and it's vicissitudes" and "Troubles, I've had mine. But...

I will always treasure memories spending time with both Frank and Lois at Carroll and lunch outings. Frank could always make me smile and make my day seem so much brighter!

Sorry for your loss!! He was such a kind man and always had a smile on his face. Prayers for all of you.

Lois and Family,
Thanks for all the good times and memories Frank. May God keep Lois and family in the palm of his hand at this difficult time.
May the memories that mean the most to your family live forever
in their hearts.
Rest in Peace Frank
