Not sure what to say?

Father Frank baptized both of our children at St. Alexander's in Cornelius. (Our children are in their 40's now.) One night Father came over for supper at our house. Our first child, Rob, ran into a drawer and cut himself badly. We rushed him to the hospital. When we came home, Father Frank was still at our house, praying for the child and us. We loved that man! In addition, I taught catechism under him, grades 3 and 7.

I remember with fondness Sunday afternoon drives to the Knusel home in Scappoose in the late 50's. We were always entertained by Frankies' music-- either playing the piano, accordion, or his singing! He was kind, deeply joyful and always had a smile on his face. He heroically persevered through multitudes of physical challenges. I am very thankful to have shared many happy moments with him at our home, at his home, at Octoberfest in...

In loving memory of a wonderful person. We will love you and miss you always. Class reunions will never be the same without you. Your impromptu piano and songs were always a hit.
