Frank was one of the founding members of the Polish Genealogical Society of Greater Cleveland, and also its' first Treasuer 21 years ago. I also knew Frank from PLAV-Pulaski Post #30. Over all those years, I don't remember ever seeing him with out a big smile on his face!
