My thoughts and prayers are with Frank's family at their time of loss.
I remember Frank fondly from my days working at Kirby Manor. He was a very kind man to me and my family.

My Blessings to My Grampa Frank & Family.
I am the son of Kathy Dessauer, grandson of Frank Kowalski. May God Bless him in this Holy Holiday time when we can remember him
and priase the Lord who now holds him in his
hands. All my love to my Grandpa Frank and family.

-David L. Dessauer

My sincere condolences to all of you.
When my mother Jean(Genevieve) and Frank were married, Frank was always kind to my brother and I. I was sad when they divorced. Years later I would see him at the senior apartments where he and my mother lived and he would always ask about my husband and children. He'd always have a story about his daughters. He was very proud of his girls.

Dear Kowalski family I am Annie's Granddaughter Sarah Beth, For many years Frank was like a grandfather to me and my brothers and sister, as well as to many cousins. My family and I are sorry for your lose and hope Frank and Grandma(Annie) are reunited it a better place, I remeber consouling Frank when Grandma died he feared he would not be reunited with her later on, I however believe that they are together. I am once again sorry for your lose and hope your family like mine will look back on...
