I had the good fortune to work as opposing counsel with Grey a few years ago on a complicated and lengthy case. He was the ultimate professional, and I enjoyed working with him. He was a true "gentleman and a scholar" and I will remember him with fondness. Please accept my condolences.

a likeable and fun loving sort who spoke of his wife-to-be ,Jane,with a enthusiasm and joy that was infectious . A brilliant intellect , we became friends while he was in undergraduate school and when he clerked at the COA.
