Not sure what to say?

He was the salt of the earth. That rare intellectual who knew how to have fun. He did not take himself too seriously, although he was one of the brightest lawyers I have ever met. I enjoyed every moment we spent together and really looked forward to seeing him every year at our conferences. He was so proud of his family and adored Mary Pat.
Ondine & I are so sorry to hear of this tragic news.
Only the good die young. RIP my friend.

I worked with Frank on the PA Law Enforcement Accreditation Commission. His guidance and friendship were greatly valued and appreciated. He will be missed very much and his hard work to help PLEAC will never be forgotten. On behalf of PLEAC, we offer our sincere condolences.

Your family remains in my thoughts and prayers. Frank has taught me so much over the years and I feel blessed to have had the opportunity to work for him. I miss and will continue to miss Frank as my boss and friend.

What I remember most about Frank, was his strong interest in his studies. He seemed to always have his nose in a book. He was also a very good big brother. He watched over his siblings with pride. He also kept an eye out to make sure we were not getting into trouble. Which at times wasn´t always easy to do. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your families, as I know Frank will be genuinely missed.

So sorry to hear this. Please accept sincere sympathy.

I had the pleasure of knowing and working with Frank as he served municipal governments. Frank was always positive and helpful, providing good sound advice. he was a good man and will be greatly missed.

Frank and I worked together on labor issues when I was with the City of Harrisburg. He was always the calm in the eye of the storm and I valued his perspective and advice. He was a great attorney and a good friend. He will be missed.
