Frank Lewis was my Scout Master (Troop 99; St. John's Episcopal Church) and introduced me to gasoline engines (marine variety) and boat restoration. Probably because of him I owned sail boats for years and sailed in the Chesapeake Bay & Gulf of Mexico --- both in St. Teresa and Galveston, TX. Under his scout leadership I became an Eagle Scout and greatly appreciate what he did for my life.

With some gentle coaxing from Mrs. Lewis, Mr. Lewis once again came through and bought us a brand new boat. We have...
