A soft spoken, easy going man was Frank Lotts. I'll remember Frank for his many honorable traits, the least of which is not that he never spoke down to anyone, and he never talked about anyony in a derogatory manner. He helped me no few times as we worked the highways together. He once drove from Salem to Riner in less than 20 minutes because I had gotten myself into trouble during an arrest. I'll remember Frank's kindness as a model of what we all should be. Goodbye my friend.

I first met Frank when he wrote me a ticket on177. I didn't deserve it (right) We laughed about it later. I also got to work with him when he was assigned to Floyd County for a day or two. I was dispatching at the time and he never failed to bring me a peach milkshake from Hardee's. He was a kind and thoughtful person. I always thought alot of him

I had the honor working with Frank for several years as a Trooper and can say that he was truly an amazing person. He was one of the kindest and most duty oriented people I've ever known. He was truly an asset to the Department and the community as well as a true friend.
