I met Frank 2 or 3 years ago. Since then we became very close friends as we worked together on is recent efforts concerning Dr. Deming's work and Frank's work on Personality Insights to compliment and add to the work Dr. Deming did. So shocked and saddened to hear of Frank's sudden passing. He was so involved in the Edison neighborhood, and was a person that you could "count on". I served on committees with him for decades. He will be missed by all who knew him.
