Amy and Anita, I'm so sorry for your loss. I have many amusing and fond memories of Frank. I lost my own father on April 28th so it is a hard time for all of us. You are in my prayers and thoughts.

Anita and family, heartfelt condolences from all of us at Woods Hole Oceanographic. Frank was such a positive force on our board, as I know he was on many others, and we will miss him greatly. We are a better organization for his advocacy and support; as one example, we will never forget the key role he played in bringing the new R/V Atlantis to Alexandria in 1997, when hundreds of dignitaries and federal officials visited the ship.
