Frank Manning

5-29-2023. I grew up in Decatur First Methodist Church, and although I cannot remember Frank´s face, very clearly I can remember my parents ( Barnwell´s ) talking of him. My best memories were of the old Frank Crawley days. I immediately recognized Frank´s name when I read it. I will be 79 this summer, so you can see that I was a long time Decatur resident many years ago.
