FRANK WAS A VERY GOOD FRIEND. BACK IN THE 60'S ,I WOULD SERVE HIM LUNCH EVERY DAY IN THE RINGOES DINER AS HE DID THE MAIL ROUTE. HE WAS ONE OF THE FINEST MEN I EVER MET. HE WILL BE SADLY MISSED. JIM HAILES
