Frank was a dear friend to my late father Nicholas Martellotto. Known Frank since the 1970s. Every trip to Utica (I live in New Hampshire) I would stop by and see Frank. I´d bring something like homemade manicotti and sausage roll. Frank shared his pasta fagioli. We had laughs , tears, and prayed for others, I will miss Frank.
