We are so sad to hear of the passing of Frankie. He truly was one of a kind person and a great guy. Our sincerest condolences to his family on such a big loss. Your family is in our thoughts and prayers.

Ellie and family, We were incredibly saddened to hear about the passing of Frank. He was always a kind and loving person. He will truly be missed. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family at this difficult time.

Frank was simply one of the good guys... he always greeted with a big smile and hug; and made you feel special. He led with kindness and laughter and treated every new person he met as a long-standing friend. A wonderful husband, father/grandfather and friend, we will remember him as someone upon whom we could always rely...no matter the ask. The world is a less friendly place with the loss of Frank Mauro. Good rest, our friend.

Frank and I were roommates for several days at Englewood Hospital in NJ this past February. He was the best hospital roommate I have ever had in my 77 years. He was funny, gracious, and so easy to get along with. I loved it when his lovely wife and other family members visited him. One night a nurse came in and said, 'Mr. Mauro, we have a private room for you'. I said, 'Frank, you've been waiting for the room. Take it and I'll come by to visit'.
