Not sure what to say?

My heart goes out to you for your deep loss you must be feeling for your beloved Frank. How sad to lose someone so loved. May you find comfort in prayer and in one another. (Jeremiah 29:12,13)

Frank provided great leadership when he served as President of the Evergreen Area Council of the Boy Scouts of America. I served on the Executive Board with him. I remember his story of his mother, who was dying of cancer, purchasing a Cub Scout uniform for Frank with the intent of keeping him active in a character building program after her death. I will always remember when I met Frank at my 2-hour job interview with him at Cascade Bank. My family and I will always be grateful that he chose to hire me for the job that lasted 19 years. Frank was an extraordinary man and I am privileged to have known him.

Frank also had tremendous impact on our community. He fostered an environment where we could create the "New Cascade Bank". A bank that served our community well during his tenure in so many ways. He was the primary force behind the publication of the centennial history of Everett by Larry O'Donnell and the...

We thank God for the blessing Frank was to our family and especially to my sister, Mary Ann. We loved his gentle manner, quick wit, many conversations as well as family gatherings. The memories shared will last a life time and we will treasure each one. Frank made a difference, left his imprint and legacy not only in the business world but within his family and many friends. He enjoyed life and had a life well lived. God bless Frank's memory and may our God of comfort continually sustain...
