Frank (Stump) my old HS class friend, football & wrestling team mate. We crossed paths at Ft Jackson SC and I got my best drill sgt to help him with BRM, but he had high BP and couldn't see the target. Life is short and I wish to have seen him again. God Bless ole friend, Your admirer - Barry

I was very sorry to hear about the death of Frank, we were some good time buddies back in the day. We had a lot of good times, he always had a gentle smile and a kind word.He will be missed.
