Sorry to hear of Frank's passing. Although we were often on opposite sides of various issues in Marblehead, I alway thought of Frank as a man of integrity and sincere beliefs who I respected. We greeted each other warmly each time we would see each other and the spirit of this world will shine a little diminished with his passing.
