Not sure what to say?

To the Mcgowan family- I cannot tell you how much Frank meant to me. He was first my coach, then my mentor as I worked with him for 13 years. His insights became grist for the mill for me until this day. I continue to provide therapy to troubled youth based on the "mcgowan principles" which i always and deeply respected. I was very saddened to learn of his passing. Noone before or after will grace the halls of THS like hid did. All genuine. He will be missed.

So sorry to hear of Frank's passing.
Our condolences to his family
The Matrascia family

Brenda and family,
When I returned to intern in Guidance at THS in 1992, your father taught me many lessons. But by far my favorites were when he would invite me to "take a walk with him". That's where it all happened. My condolences to you and your family during this most difficult time.

I was so saddened to hear of Mr. McGowan's passing-he made a big difference in my hs career-I graduated because he helped make sure my grades from my junior year abroad transferred. I am so sorry for your loss and hope that you find some comfort knowing that he made a difference in so many lives. Kind regards,Lauren Ryan

On behalf of the Purcell family, we extend our deepest sympathy to the McGowan family. Mr. McGowan was a kind soul to all who crossed his path. He was a superb guidance counselor, that goes without question. It was his dedication to students, staff, friends, and family that will always remain with us, too. What a wonderful man...

thanks for your kindness Mr. McGowan.

Dear Brenda & family,
So sorry to hear about your Dad's passing. "Mr. McGowan" was a great presence at THS and I have fond memories of him both as Vice Principal and in connection with his service and leadership in THS Key Club and Kiwanis Club. Such a warm, friendly man with a great heart! My deepest condolences to you during this difficult time. Know that his life was one with great positive influence.

Sincerely, Kelli (Killingbeck) Schaller
