The word "character" describes him perfectly. I enjoyed laughing with him everyday at VanDevender's Drug Store. He was a sweet soul.

Andy, John, and Buddy, I am so terribly sorry for your loss. Frankie was such a hoot and you boys get so many awesome qualities from him. I still think of him always calling me 863-5874. The broke the mold when they made your dad. My thoughts are with y'all.

Frankie was such a good man. I have many amusing memories of him and your mother. Mostly from working with Henry Long at the post office. They loved to pick at each other.

My deepest sympathies. Always remember the good memories, the quarky times, the times that make you laugh and then share with eachother. Not with sadness but with joy. No goodbyes, just good memories.
