Frank Pleasants Meadows

Frank was a classmate at Wake Forest Law School. We shared first names and enjoyed loudly greeting each other. Notie Vay was a great undergraduate friend at Wake and express to her and to the entire family my condolences. Frank Wyatt

Frank was a first-rate lawyer who I had the pleasure of being a classmate with at Wake Forest Law School and who much later represented the taxpayer in the very first case over which I presided in a forty-two year career as a U.S. District Judge for the Eastern District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina. He won that case but never appeared before me again. His wife, Notie Vay, was also a student at WF. I express to her and all the family my deepest condolences.

Kip, Vada Lou and Sarah, I´m so sorry for your loss. Your dad was one of the gentlest, kindest souls I´ve ever known. He always made the Cunningham and Sally women feel important and special. He will be greatly missed. My mother adored him. Attached is my favorite picture of them. May the coming days be filled with beautiful memories.
