Frank and his companion have been a neighbor in our community for a number of years. Their support of the community is demonstrated in the beautiful landscaping of their property. Frank was always friendly, kind and considerate. May his companion and family experience comfort, peace and love in their memories and strength from God's spirit of love and peace. I have known Frank Mercer since 1992. I soon learned he was a gracious, kind man and a wonderful father to my birth daughter, Debby Mercer Slane. I will be forever grateful for the loving father that he was to her. I am deeply saddened by his passing and extend heartfelt sympathy to all of his family. -- Barbara Benton Zalesny
