I was extremely saddened by the news of your loss, much in the same way as if I had lost a close family member myself. "Mr. Merlo", as I always referred to him with respect, was one of the good ones. The rare breed of human being that makes life worth living.
He was one of the most fun loving, good natured and genuine men that I have ever known and I will miss him. He always had a smile and a kind word for me and my family regardless of his own...
