Receptionist (ECM)

Dear Grace and Family,
Frank was a beloved friend of my father, Johnny Popik, and I. We shared wonderful times at the B C Open for many years. The love of life-long friends was always evident when he and Dad were together. Eternal memory.

So sorry I missed you at ECM Thursday. Please know that my prayers are with you, including many hugs to you 3.
This last month was really tough for Frank, so as much as my sympathies are with you, knowing he is at rest is a great consolation. I will definitely miss his booming "PLEASE" when I'd put his napkin around his neck and I'd squeeze his shoulders and we'd laugh so hard!!!
Special loving to Stell.
"Gigi"

I've known Frank since Jan. 1960, the date I started on the Binghamton Police Dept. Frank was always a good policeman, a good friend and a person that I always respected. I'm still trying to achieve the level of golf that Frank played. He will be missed.

Frank, I will miss the "life of the party" on and off the job. Carl and Claire Johnson

You will be missed. Each time I pass your home my thoughts are with you and your family. We spent many happy years protecting the citizens of our great city and The happy hours we spent working together over the years will always be in my memory.
God Bless as you go forward to guard the city of God.
