Not sure what to say?

Rest In Peace Big Dog, you were one of the most caring people I knew while i was a student at Randels. It's crazy to think that you and Mr. Joe are gone.. Prayers to the family during this time.

I'm cousin Fred Bragg in Ca. I've never met Frank, like so many of my cousins, but I wish I had taken the time to travel east to meet him and others. I think I would have liked Frank and he I because we both had similar fields. I was a hospital engineer for 36 years. My deepest condolences to the family.

He will be missed by all of the Rankin kids at recess.... He was absolutely amazing with the kids. Such a gentle soul. I´m so glad that I had the opportunity to work with him at Rankin last year. He had such a contagious smile.

Frank was a kind and gentle soul. He will be missed.

I worked many years with the CA school district in multiple capacities. Frank was living proof that if you needed something done or anything extra, you didn´t go to the administration, you went to where the knowledge was and to those that could and would get your job done...the custodians . Rest in peace, my friend

We enjoyed Bowling, Playing Cards talking Baseball etc. He was just fun to be around.

Frank, thank you for being a part of my life. Melissa and I first met you when we were just starting our lives together. You and Kim welcomed us to your bowling team even though we both really stunk. We learned a lot about being a couple from seeing you and Kim interact. I will always be grateful for the times we did have together. Maybe we will all meet up again at ChiChi's in heaven. You will always be Dad Big Dog
