Frank Horace Moore

On behalf of all of the leadership of the WRSSAR, we wish to express our sympathy for Frank's passing. He was an incredibly kind person who attended our events regularly for years and years. He was a joy to be with and I will miss his many stories about volunteering at Playhouse Square as a red coat. We will all miss him.
