Frank was one of the kindest and most considerate individuals I have ever known. He had a wonderful sense of humor and he touched the lives of all who encountered him. He was my bus driver for a number of years and he always looked out for me and his other patrons. I will truly miss him. God truly blessed me in knowing Frank. Heaven is more precious now because Frank is there with all of the other angels. May God bless and comfort Frank's family and friends. He was a true gem.
