Not sure what to say?

I first met Frank around 2002 during the turbulent times in P.P.S. and he always handled the hard times with such class. I knew Frank to be a very courteous and gentle man. He will be sorely missed. My thoughts and prayers go out to the family.

My best memory was seeing a Caption Morgan coffie cup and giving him a rassion of: well that is how he became the Captian Morgan who I will miss.

Frank worked with me for several years at Cleveland High School, we became good friends ever since. I am deeply dismayed by this terrible event. My symphathy is beyond measure for the family. Frank, we will miss you. You were a gentleman and a good and loyal friend. Thirza, we're so sorry to hear of your loss. Peace.

I remember Frank from back in the roving days at PPS. He was a wonderfull person.

On behalf of my father, Al Acquin, Frank's former co-worker and friend for many years, we would like to express our deepest sympathy to Frank's family. Wishing you God's peace and comfort during this time.

Frank was a wonderful part of the PCPA family and valued member of our staff. We will all miss him very much.
