Sir, as a fellow Marine I would just like to say thank you for your years of dedicated service and sacrifice-first for our Country when you served in the USMC during WW II and secondly for the citizens of Boston when you served with the BPD. My condolences to the Mulvey family.I had the privelege to work with Frank as a young ADA during the 1980s. He was fine policeman, a proud former Marine, and a gentleman.I am honored to have known him. Semper Fi.
