Not sure what to say?

Just heard of Frank's passing. Vera and I offer our condolences to Lynn and family. We are thankful of our friendship through the years, especially in the Sons and Daughters of Italy in America and his help in my judicial election. I believe I was responsible for his volunteering as a Docent on the Liberty ship, the Jeremiah O'Brien when I told him I thought he would enjoy that. He certainly did. A great remembrance was when we took the Columbus Day/ Fleet Week bay cruise and he gave Vera...

I always enjoyed talking with him. He was always chipper and positive in his outlook about the city and life in general. He and Lynne were/are good people. A fellow Italian. RIP

Frank was a gentlemen, who always had a smile to share. With a knowing look and a twinkle in his eye, he could make you feel included in any situation. His kind spirit will be missed.

The Memorial is at 11:00 am.

I will be forever grateful for my long term friendship with Frank. He was a true gentleman and mentor to many. My condolences go out to Lynn and the rest of the family.

My condolences to the family from the WILLIAMS family. Frank was a kind hearted man that always showed me grace, respect, and friendship. Frank was a prince of a man who knew how to get the job done, but in a professional and inclusive way, where others were able to participate in his successes. He was a supporter of my efforts in Modesto as I was to him ,he will be thoroughly missed but his lessons of life will always live with me. May God bless the All of his family and may they continue to...

I just saw Frank about six months ago. He was out doing yard work with Lynn at 98. We spoke for awhile and I had a sense that time was short. He was a great man and always friendly and kind towards me. I loved seeing him with his morning McDonalds crew with his suit jacket on and lapel pin. He was professional and serious about what he did. My whole life I have been asked if I am related to him and I can´t find a link. But, I always say that I wish I was as he was such a great guy. We will...

When I was much younger, Lynn and Charma were my neighbors. They were great neighbors and friends and I remember both with much fondness. I wish them both peace and comfort.

Frank always had a smile and a good word Modesto is a better place because of leaders like Frank
