I grew up in Medulla in the 60s and 70s. When I was 6 years old (1966) I fell under a lawn mower and severed the whole left half of my right foot. in the emergency room Dr.Murphy was called in and he reconstructed what was left with a level of proficiency that really shouldn't have existed at that time. Because of his efforts I went on to play 11 years of football and have lived my entire life productively without any impedance whatsoever! I can't imagine how things would have turned out if...
