Frank Neufell

Frank Neufell and I met around 1980. Both of us were newcomers to Grafton and both recently became property owners on Kinsman Road, back then called Prescott Hill Road. He introduced me to the dump, always a place for disposal of the unwanted, and frequently a source of valuable salvage for reuse and repurposing.
