I am only just learning of Frank's passing today and I am so very sorry for the family. I only knew of him when I was a little girl in DeLand, FL where he and my father were attorneys. He was always at St. Barnabas Episcopal church alone and he would scoop me up (as I was all of 4 years old) and carry me around like a doll. I felt like a princess! My first memory is meeting him for the first time at his office in Elizabethton. He treated me like an old friend from day one. I was very impressed with his legal knowledge and willingness to help others. I remember walking to the Carter County Courthouse with him on several occasions - he always walked from his office. He always had a smile.
