Not sure what to say?

I retired from Immigration and Customs Enforcement in 2014. Today, I stumbled upon the fact that Frank is no longer with Us. The entire AUSA´s Office in Portland was great to work with, however Frank was My personal favorite. My Partner and I in the INS´s Prosecutions Unit presented literally hundreds of Criminal Illegal Re-Entry Cases with Frank, of which, 97+ percent thereof were successful. Frank even told Me that at one point, My Partner and I were responsible for 40% of their...

I have such fond memories running through the streets of Portland on our lunch hour, training for the current marathon or other running event with Frank and our other running partners. I was an Oregon US Probation Officer, and Frank was my favorite attorney to work with in the Portland USA office. I will miss his cheerful nature, gracious friendship and sharp intellect. May all of his family accept my condolences.

We grew up in the best of days and the best of times. You were in law school the last time we met. Where did the time go since shooting baskets at Proctor Terrace with Grace, Yates et al? Memories abound as I remember the days. It sounds like you lived an exemplary life. My condolences to your family. Until we meet again,
Nute

It was with much sadness that learned today of Frank's passing.
I was assigned to the Portland Field Office of the US Secret Service from 1974 until I retired in 1996. Frank was a great prosecutor; he was always available for advice in our criminal investigations. Whenever he handled one of my cases, I was always confident of a good and fair outcome.

I was with great sadness that I learned today of Frank's passing.
I was assigned to the Portland Field Office of the US Secret Service, from 1974 until I retired in 1996. Frank was a great prosecutor. He was always available for advice and guidance regarding our criminal cases in the District of Oregon. Frank was a real professional and a genuinely nice fellow.

I had the honor of working with Frank as a Postal Inspector. He was a consummate professional and highly effective prosecutor, yet always personable. He was held in high regard by our office. The U.S. Attorney's Office lost a great attorney when he retired. We lost a great man when he passed.

Frank was an amazing attorney, and friend. I met him when he was an attorney for the City of Portland. Frank was always smiling, and was easy to be around. Always had a kind word, and always a gentleman. The world has lost one of the best. Rest in pease Frank
