Not sure what to say?

Frank and I were born a day apart; I am the old man. We went to Hosford Grade School. He was tough then but was always a first class gentleman.

Frank was such a memorable character and a devoted friend to my father, Kenny Kell. Many memories at the Coney - those guys will be remembered as legends on Hawthorne. Regret I learned of the memorial after it happened. My condolences to the Nudo family.

Frank was a great man..a fixture in SE Portland. My uncle Ken Kell worked for him for years and they had a friendly rivalry as my uncle was a die hard Dodger fan!!! I used to see the Caddy all over town.

I worked in the neighborhood & had lunch at Nick's several times a week. It was always a cheerful place with Frank talking & making comments during the lunch hour. He made a special sandwich for me which was not on the menu. On occasion he came out & sat with us in the booth. I have special memories of him. He was an extraordinary guy! My thoughts & prayers are with his family.

Gena - Sad to read about your brother, Frank
So sorry. Joan (Perret) Efaw

My condolences to Frank's family. I will always remember him when we were at Cleveland High, always with a joke or funny remark and the shiniest shoes in school.. DSaw him later at reunions, but unfortunately , never visited him at Nick's.
