My deepest sympathies to the Oftring family. I met Frank when we were in our late 20s. He showed me the world. The Celtics, Holy Cross, Point Judith, his home in Southie, Nantucket Island to name a few. So much fun together with friends. I will always remember his deep laugh, and his love for is family.
