So sorry to hear about Frank´s passing. My dad was a close friend. He had been concerned when he hadn´t heard from him. Frank had called him to tell him about his experience as Grand Marshal at the parade in Plattsville NY. He was so proud of his service. So happy that he was living his best life. My dad, Mike Stefenski, is devastated by passing. Our thought and prayers go out to his family, friends. And all that knew him.

Frank was a stubborn, funny hard working, caring person. He was proud of his service to our country and the many projects he completed as a member of the Iron Workers Union, especially the Gold Star Bridge Project in Groton, CT. My husband Chris painted that bridge at the age of 22, so we loved trading stories about the work they both did, and how proud they both were of their hard work. He loved his children, he and I would talk about the pain of outliving our first born child, and the...

Frank was my next door neighbor the last 13 years. I'll miss him, his rambling stories, and jokes that took 15 minutes to tell. Keep smiling! Be happy!
