Please accept our deepest condolences on the loss of a super terrific man. I will always really remember him all he has taught me ovee the years. Frank was my next door neighbor growing up on 17th Street and then we were neighbors across the street when I owned the Boulevard Deli so many years ago. I am saddened to hear of Frank’s passing. He was a very special person. Sending love and prayers to Julie and family. May God’s love and peace comfort you. Rest In Heaven, Frank.

Although I didn't know Frank well , I had admired his style while we were in high school and respected his dedication to his business for many years afterwards . We shared some of the same friends and they've all , to a man , said that he was a great guy and fun to be around . So Julie and your family please accept our most sincere condolences.
