I always held a very high regard for Frank Palmer from my days at Turner Road Chapel. He loved the Lord and he always made me feel appreciated. He had such a quiet strength about him. I thank
God that I knew Frank Palmer, and even though I havn't seen him for years, I look forward to seeing him again in heaven.
