I want to express my deepest Sympathy to the Parrett Family.. Frank and I were the best of friends Frank was loyal and shot from the hip when he had something to say..He was very independent love to food shop and drive his car.. Frank and I had coffee at Dunk'n Donuts everyday in West Haven I feel lost without him..But he is in God Hands now were he is at Peace..
