Not sure what to say?

To Mary, Nancy, David and others. The first time I met Frank was in 1979 when my future wife´s mother was in the hospital for a brain tumor. I was with Brenda and her dad, Ken Fultz who was the President of Montgomery General Hospital at that time. Well, Mr. Parsons came by to check on Ken, as he knew him from WVHA, and we met for the first time. It made quite an impact on me in just the way he communicated to all of us! His way of speaking and walking away was so impressive but as I later...

Well, I retired this July from CAMC. All these years (41), were at the General Hospital, 19 years as the Hospital Administrator. Frank offered me a summer job in 1979 and I still have the letter that was sent to me from Frank. I believe I was paid $4.25 an hour but I was thrilled in hearing from him. When I graduated from college, Frank offered me a full time job as a department manager. I can remember Frank walking down the hallway to his office(mine) and how confident he was and the great...

Think of Frank often. He left a legacy of being a kind person and knowing everyone by their first name. He gave me my first real job and I am grateful for this. Please know how much I appreciated Frank and working with him over those years.

It is very hard to fathom Frank being gone going on 4 years. I have gauged my career timeline based on the time Frank was here at CAMC. I have been at this job longer than he was but in many ways, I have not been able to do some of the things he did especially in knowing so many names of our employees. HE was a master in knowing so many of us. Frank offered me a summer job even before I became an employee and I will never forget meeting with him in his office one day to ask him for a job. I...

Frank was administrator at CAMC while I was in Nursing Administration. He was the most caring, considerate person I have ever worked with in my 35 years of nursing. Last year during one of his visits,a group of us had lunch and shared stories and laughs of our times together. Frank looked great and seemed quite happy.
I want to extend my sympathy to Frank's family. I share in your loss.

Dad at Antietam Battlefield representing the National Museum of Civil War Medicine as a Civilian Surgeon/Doctor

The family would like to thank all of you for reaching out and honoring my dad with your memories and comments. We were only too happy to share him with the world. He had time for everyone and was incredibly thoughtful and supportive of everyone he met including the dogs (cats, not so much) that he met and had such a special touch with before there ever was a Dog Whisperer. As was revealed at his memorial, he always had peppermint candy in one pocket (for people) and a few dog treats in the...

I was so surprised to leran of Frank's passing today from my friend, Dave, Belcher, while I was exercising at the Ft. Detrick Fitness Center.
Our thoughts and prayers go out to Bobbi and the rest of the family. I will miss seeing him at the gym.

I am very sad to learn of Frank's passing. He was a wonderful officer and friend. He was fortunate to have a terrific family of whom he was very proud. My sympathies to Barbara and the children and family he leaves behind. I especially appreciate and thank Mary for sending me the information,as difficult as it was.
