Thinking of all of you on your father's first anniversary of his return to heaven. May you find peace in your memories and be comforted knowing he is resting in God's arms as he watches over all those he loved.

The Perillo family is exceptionally fortunate to have had Frank as a member. At work, Frank always found a way to "deliver the program" (whatever it was) with humor and grace. He was the best manager I ever had in my own 37 years of federal service. God bless him.
