your Dad was the BEST! As his own words said many times. As time goes by you will cherish the special memories more every day as you all get older I know I still do when I think of my Dad. He is now with his Love again. My thoughts are with all of you Love Wendy Wood

Perkins Family,
Your dad was a special man. We loved his visits to the Gregory Wing to see his wife. He would always take time to play mexican train with the residents, and didn't sis laugh when Frank would win. Frank you were an amazing man, thank you for all you gave to the staff and residents. You will be missed

Frank is still dearly remembered by all his friends and colleagues here at DEP. When greeted and asked how he was, he always answered 'the best!'. Many of us now reply the same positive way, because of Frank. We also have classified certain sayings as FIRs, meaning Frank is Right. I have collected several over the years. Such things as "Fish have no politics", and 'our educational system is defunct'. We are glad to have known him and remember him fondly.

I'm gonna miss "Uncle Perk"...He was one special man. God Bless you Uncle Perk, you and Aunt Sis are back together again. My thoughts and prayers go to the entire Perkins family.
