Sorry to see about Frank's passing,he was a low key kind of guy,and could handle just about any problem that seemed to come up,he was the kind of guy that was able to calm things down,when situtations were on the rise.Had quite a few laughs while working in the booking desk with Frank at SPD,in the 70's and 80's.Rest In Peace,my friend.R.Restaino/retired SPD

Always enjoyed seeing Frank and Maria at Pulaski Park and the Ludlow PAV. So sorry for your loss. He joins Maria and all the great polka dancers that went before him.

I'm sorry to hear that Frank has passed away. Though I haven't bumped into him since our days working at SPD, I remember chatting with him on a regular basis. We sometimes 'compared notes' on our Polish heritage. He will be missed but not forgotten. Our thoughts and prayers go out to his family and friends. RIP Frank
